Behind La Bollène lies a characteristically Gründerzeit-style building from 1905 located in the middle of the middle-class Steglitz District, which was acquired in 2017 and which will now offer 24 stylish condominiums thanks to elaborate and detailed restoration and renovation. The expansion also includes a high-quality penthouse attic with unsurpassable views.
The green and simultaneously urban location in the heart of Steglitz gives La Bollène another attractive feature, allowing the property to meet the highest of aesthetic standards. During concept development, we worked closely with our sales partner BEWOCON.
