This development project was acquired in 2016 and is located in the middle of a sought-after neighborhood in Berlin’s Neukölln District, in the south of Berlin. At Bürgerstraße 44, we are planning a boarding house with 40 residential units that will give Berlin visitors and young professionals the opportunity to live or work here for shorter periods of time.
